岗位职责及任职要求：
1、负责建立及维护销售渠道从而获得客户信息解决客户设计诉求，达成共识
2、客户接待，配合团队设计师，商务洽谈完成签单
3、负责整体项目流程的总控协调，做好客户跟踪维护与服务工作;
4、主动发掘服务中存在的问题和优化服务的机会，组织项目组成员等各方资源进行改善
5、3年以上销售经验，有高端服务行业经验者优先，或相关房地产行业、家居产品、奢侈品行业保险行业、旅游行业、培训教育行业等优先考虑
6、具备很强的学习能力及学习意愿
7、良好的口头表达能力和沟通技巧
8、自带车者优先考虑。

Job Responsibilities and Requirements：
1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining sales channels to obtain customer information, solve customer design demands and reach consensus
2. Received customers, cooperated with team designers, completed business negotiations and signed orders
3. Responsible for the overall control and coordination of the overall project process, and do a good job in customer tracking, maintenance and service;
4. Actively explore the problems and opportunities for service optimization, organize project team members and other resources for improvement
At least 3 years sales experience, experience in high-end service industry is preferred, or related real estate industry, home furnishing products, luxury industry, insurance industry, tourism industry, training and education industry is preferred
6. Strong learning ability and willingness
7. Good oral presentation and communication skills
8. Bringing your own car is preferred.
